A groundworks business judged on what's underneath
Kesh Lane Groundworks is a concept business created to show how a surfacing and groundworks contractor can sell the part of the job nobody can see.
A driveway is sold on the surface and fails on the base. The difference between a drive that lasts and one that breaks up at the edges in two winters is depth, compaction, edging and drainage, none of which is visible once the job is finished.
This concept site is built to make that argument. The layers are explained, drainage is treated as part of the design rather than an afterthought, and the work is shown with enough detail that a homeowner can ask a competing quote the right questions.
