Before you get a quote
Do I need a full rewire or just a board?
Often just the board, but not always. A test of the existing circuits shows whether the cabling is sound. We check before quoting rather than assuming the worst.
Will you notify the work?
Where the work is notifiable, yes. The certificate and notification are part of the job, not an extra.
How much mess does a rewire make?
There's chasing and lifting of floorboards, and we're honest about that up front. We sheet up, make good afterwards, and work room by room where you're living in the house.
Can you install an EV charger?
Yes. We check the incoming supply and the earthing arrangement first, because not every property can take a charger without other work.
