Before you get a quote
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Coming out to look at the roof and giving you a written quote costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.
How long does a re-roof take?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the material and the weather. Your written quote gives an estimated number of days for your specific job rather than a general promise.
Do I need scaffolding?
For most full roof work, yes. It is safer and it produces a better job. Small repairs can sometimes be done from a tower or ladder. Whatever is needed is priced in the quote, never added afterwards.
Can you work with my insurer?
Yes. For storm damage we make the roof safe first, then provide a written report with photographs that you can send to your insurer.
