Why we show it this way

Plenty of web companies quote a single monthly figure with the build cost folded inside it. There is nothing wrong with that, but it makes two quotes almost impossible to compare, and a spread build cost usually comes with a minimum term you are committed to.

Lavery Leads separates the two. You can see exactly what the build costs, exactly what the ongoing service costs, and you can stop the ongoing part whenever you like. The website and the domain are already yours.

The Website Care Plan

What the monthly fee covers, and what it does not

The monthly plan is what keeps the website online, secure and current. It is not an unlimited development retainer, and the boundary is stated here rather than discovered later.

Always included

Hosting, SSL and routine backups
Technical maintenance and updates
A periodic check that the site and enquiry form work
Your included .co.uk domain, registered in your name
Correction of any error made by Lavery Leads, at no cost to your allowance

Counts as a minor update

Reasonable changes to existing text
Replacing images you supply
Adding a genuine review
Adding a recent project to an existing gallery

Unused time does not roll over. It expires at the end of each billing month.

Anything beyond your allowance is quoted and approved before work begins. No chargeable work ever happens without your approval.

Paying

How payment works

Unless your written quote says otherwise.

50% of the setup fee before work begins
The balance after your approval and before launch
The Website Care Plan billed monthly in advance from the agreed start date
No minimum term unless your quote states one
Cancel at any time; service runs to the end of the paid period

Owning

Your domain, your name

Included with every active Website Care Plan.

One available standard .co.uk domain is included with every active Website Care Plan.
Lavery Leads purchases, configures, manages and renews that domain while your Care Plan is active.
The domain is registered in your name. You are the registrant and domain holder from day one. Lavery Leads acts only as your authorised manager.
Already own a domain? It stays registered to you. It can be connected by DNS or managed by agreement, your email DNS is preserved, and it is only ever transferred with your written consent.
If you cancel, you keep the domain. Management continues to the end of your paid period and you get reasonable help moving registrar or DNS control.

Optional extras

Meta setup and advertising management

Entirely optional, and separate from the website packages. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not included in any management fee.
